  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotions or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $50 USD

  • Orders below $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Atelier One is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We'll review your claim and provide a replacement or another suitable solution.

Multiple Shipments

To provide faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.
